How a product request becomes an order
First, send your request. We confirm the product details, availability, shipping and any applicable tax, then reply by email with an itemized total. If you choose to proceed, we send a payment link with your confirmed invoice from High Planes Company, LLC, DBA Fortress Foundry. Check the items, quantity, delivery details and total before paying. A request does not take payment or reserve stock; fulfillment begins after payment is confirmed.
What to include in your inquiry
For fiberglass, include the intended application, approximate dimensions, quantity, and delivery ZIP code. Ask us to confirm the relevant product specifications, documented rating, availability, shipping, and price before making a purchase decision.
For shirts, include the design, size, and quantity, or use the shirt request form. You can review the designs on the Gear Up page.
For portable power or other preparedness equipment, include the device names and model numbers, how many hours each must run, any measured electricity use, how you could recharge, your delivery ZIP code, approximate budget, and any size or weight constraints. If you do not have measurements yet, tell us what you know; please do not open electrical panels or take equipment apart to gather details. Additional equipment categories are being sourced; an inquiry does not establish product availability.
